301 Branding operates 301 Project Hub, a client and project management platform used to coordinate marketing activities, content creation, approvals, social media management, publishing, advertising, reporting, and related digital marketing services.
This Privacy Policy explains how 301 Branding collects, uses, stores, and protects information when individuals use 301 Project Hub or authorize Project Hub to connect with third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, Meta business assets, advertising accounts, and other supported platforms.
By using 301 Project Hub or authorizing a third-party account connection, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account and User Information
When you use 301 Project Hub, we may collect information associated with your Project Hub account, including your name, email address, organization, user role, project access, account activity, and authentication information.
Client and Project Information
Project Hub may store information necessary to manage client relationships and marketing projects, including business names, project details, contact information, marketing preferences, content, uploaded files, approvals, comments, scheduling information, and project history.
Connected Social Media Information
When you choose to connect a social media account or business asset to Project Hub, we may receive information from the applicable social media platform according to the permissions you authorize.
For Meta platforms, this information may include Facebook Page identifiers and names, Instagram Professional Account identifiers and usernames, account or profile images, business asset relationships, permissions granted to Project Hub, access tokens or other authorization credentials, and information required to publish or manage authorized content.
Project Hub only requests access to information and capabilities necessary for the features being used.
Social Media Content
Project Hub may store content created, uploaded, scheduled, approved, or published through the platform. This may include post copy, images, videos, hashtags, links, calls to action, scheduled publishing dates and times, platform-specific versions, publishing status, and identifiers or URLs returned by connected social networks.
Advertising Information
If advertising functionality is enabled and separately authorized, Project Hub may access information associated with authorized advertising accounts, campaigns, ad sets, advertisements, creatives, budgets, targeting configurations, performance metrics, and related reporting information.
Project Hub will only access advertising information for accounts that an authorized user has explicitly connected or granted permission to manage.
Usage and Technical Information
We may collect technical and operational information necessary to operate and secure Project Hub, including IP addresses, browser information, device information, timestamps, error logs, authentication events, application activity, and integration status information.
2. How We Use Information
301 Branding uses information collected through Project Hub to provide and operate the service, manage client projects, create and review marketing content, obtain approvals, schedule and publish authorized social media content, manage connected accounts, provide advertising services when enabled, retrieve performance information, troubleshoot integrations, maintain security, prevent misuse, and improve Project Hub.
We may also use operational records to maintain an audit history of actions such as content approvals, account connections, publishing attempts, authorization changes, and other project activity.
We do not use authorization granted to Project Hub to publish content, modify campaigns, or take other actions outside the scope of the services authorized by the applicable client or account owner.
3. Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Platform Data
301 Project Hub may integrate with Meta technologies, including Facebook and Instagram.
When a user connects Meta to Project Hub, Meta may ask the user to authorize specific permissions. Project Hub uses those permissions only to provide the corresponding functionality requested by the user or client.
Depending on the features authorized, Project Hub may use Meta data to identify Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional Accounts available to the authorized user, connect selected business assets to a Project Hub project, create or publish authorized social media content, retrieve publishing results, manage authorized advertising activities, or retrieve performance information.
Authorization credentials, including access tokens, are treated as sensitive information and are stored using security controls intended to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
301 Branding does not request or store a user’s Facebook or Instagram password.
4. How Social Media Authorization Works
Social media connections within Project Hub are associated with the applicable client or project.
An authorized individual may connect a business’s social media assets to Project Hub through the third-party platform’s authorization process. Once authorized, approved Project Hub users may use that connection according to their Project Hub permissions.
This allows authorized personnel to manage client social media activity without requiring each Project Hub user to know or possess the client’s social media password.
Users may revoke third-party authorization through the applicable social media platform or through Project Hub where supported.
5. How We Share Information
301 Branding does not sell personal information or social media account information to advertisers or data brokers.
Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate Project Hub, provide hosting or infrastructure, process authorized content, maintain security, deliver requested integrations, or provide other services on behalf of 301 Branding.
When Project Hub publishes content or performs an authorized action through a connected service, information necessary to complete that action is transmitted to the applicable third-party platform.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, or integrity of 301 Branding, Project Hub, our clients, or others.
6. Data Security
301 Branding uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information stored by Project Hub.
Sensitive integration credentials are stored using security measures designed for credential protection. Access to connected client accounts and projects is restricted according to user roles and permissions.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and therefore absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Data Retention
301 Branding retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Project Hub services, maintain client records, fulfill contractual obligations, maintain appropriate business and security records, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
Social media authorization information is retained while the applicable integration remains connected or as otherwise necessary to support the authorized service.
When a social media connection is removed, revoked, or deleted, Project Hub may delete or invalidate the associated authorization credentials while retaining appropriate non-sensitive project, publishing, audit, or business records where reasonably necessary.
Backup copies may remain temporarily until they are removed through normal backup retention processes.
8. Disconnecting Social Media Accounts
Users with appropriate permissions may disconnect supported social media integrations through Project Hub.
Users may also revoke Project Hub’s access directly through the settings provided by the applicable third-party platform.
Revoking or disconnecting access may prevent Project Hub from publishing scheduled content, retrieving performance information, or performing other actions that depend on the affected connection.
9. Data Deletion Requests
Individuals may request deletion of personal information or information received through a connected social platform by contacting 301 Branding using the contact information below.
When Meta notifies Project Hub that a user has removed the application or submitted an applicable data deletion request, Project Hub may use Meta’s automated deauthorization or data-deletion process to identify and remove associated authorization information.
Deletion requests will be handled subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, including records that may need to be retained for legal, contractual, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Project Hub may integrate with services operated by third parties, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. 301 Branding does not control the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
Connecting a third-party service to Project Hub does not transfer ownership of the client’s account or content to 301 Branding.
11. Client Authorization and Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that individuals who authorize Project Hub to access business accounts have appropriate authority to grant that access.
Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving content, advertising activities, permissions, and other actions performed on their behalf according to their agreement with 301 Branding.
12. Children’s Privacy
301 Project Hub is a business service and is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
301 Branding does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Project Hub.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
301 Branding may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to Project Hub, connected platforms, legal requirements, or business practices.
When material changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of this policy will be updated.
